Shipping Policy

We apologize in advance for all order processing delays. Please allow 5-7 business days for your orders to be processed.

Please keep in mind, SHOPNUDBEAUTY is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers, especially during high volume holiday seasons.
Items purchased with "Upon Order Only" tag will be subject to varying shipping times due to the processing time of making the product.

Shipment days are Mondays and Thursdays.
There will be no shipments sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
​
Any orders placed on holidays, or after 6pm on a regular business day will be processed the following business day.

Order Cancellation and Adjustments
Once orders are placed, they can not be canceled or adjusted. However, if you have a question about your order, please contact us.

Possible Delays
COVID -19 USPS
We cannot control shipping carrier delays.
Tracking updates may take an additional 5-7 business days to update.
Delays are possible during Holidays and our Sale Seasons. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

Tracking My Order
Standard shipping on domestic items is 7-10 business days from order date. This includes our 5-7 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery.
Once again, delivery time does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will automatically receive a tracking number via E-mail.
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com and manually enter your tracking number.

Curb Side Pick Up
Our standard processing time of 5-7 business days still applies to Curb Side Pick Up orders. Once orders are fulfilled and ready for pick up, an email will be sent via email.
Once an email has been sent via email, the order must be picked up within 2 weeks of the fulfillment email. After 2 weeks, the items will return back on the shelf and a refund (deducting the payment processing fee) will be processed.
